Okayama Kabuto Biofarm Power Plant
We have constructed a biogas plant on reclaimed land in Kasaoka City, Okayama Prefecture, which utilizes cow manure 100% as feedstock.
Biogas produced by methane fermentation of cow manure is converted into electricity by gas engine generator, producing 1,427kW/h of renewable energy.
The digestated sludge is reduced in volume using evaporator in collaboration with other companies, and is also used as fertilizer for pasture by dairy farmers who provide cow manure.

- TOYO Yabu Biogas Power Plant is a biogas plant using various feedstock including poultry manure, cattle manure and food waste. It was implemented in Yabu city, Hyogo prefecture. We are also trying to make sales channels of digestate to local farmers and build tomato vinyl houses in the adjacent areas.
